Bob Pilbeam, an expert in coach parking, has passed away. Pilbeam was the Metropolitan Police’s main coach liaison officer. After 30 years with the Met he worked as a coaching consultant and tour guide. He was a consultant to the Euro ’96 football championships on coach arrangements, advised on the design of the coach park for the visitor centre at St David’s in Pembrokeshire and worked on coach arrangements for the Chelsea Flower Show.
