Miles Butler: funding too fragmented

The new president of ADEPT, Miles Butler, is preparing to challenge Government to review policies and programmes he sees as hampering economic growth.

Butler spoke to LTT as new figures showed a continuing sharp decline in construction, including of new infrastructure, were released by the Office of National Statistics.
