Italian rail operator Trenitalia and global travel and tourism transaction technology specialist Amadeus have signed a distribution agreement linking Trenitalia to Amadeus’ 91,000 points of sale worldwide. Due to operate from autumn 2012, the platform will initially cover Trenitalia’s high-speed services.
