Aberdeen City Council wants to renegotiate a funding agreement with the Scottish Government for the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route.
Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Councils have both pledged to contribute 9.5% of the funding for the 21-mile dual carriageway bypass of the city with the Scottish Government funding the remaining 81%.
