Regarding the articles on speed cameras on page 6 and page 15 of the last issue, is it not about time that we moved on to the more interesting question of why the controversy continues?
The end does not justify the means, particularly when there are other, more socially acceptable means available. The Scottish Government, for example, is committed to the promotion of the voluntary use of Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) by (effectively) the end of 2014.
