Kensington & Chelsea residents get fault app

A new app designed to help Kensington & Chelsea residents report problems they come across has gone live. The Royal Borough released its ‘RBKC Local Services app’ on 6 September for the Android, Blackberry and Apple platforms.

People using the app will be able to report issues including broken parking machines, or illegally parked vehicles, vandalism, abandoned vehicles, dumped rubbish, graffiti and broken pavements. Reports will be automatically directed to the appropriate...
