Jim Jackman, who was APCOA Parking (UK)’s longest serving employee, has retired from the parking industry after almost 31 years’ service.
Jackman, who entered the parking industry in 1983, received a Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s British Parking Awards.
His full-time career culminated in him being area manager for APCOA at Heathrow Airport. In July 2013 Jackman moved to part-time working in a new quality assurance role at the airport.
