Underused surface car parks and rundown lock-up garages could be redeveloped as much needed housing, a report produced by the Conservative group in the Greater London Assembly (GLA) suggests.
The group’s research indicates that at least 10,000 houses could be built on underused and derelict sites, which have been ignored by commercial developers.
