Warwicks and Balfour fail to agree contract terms

Warwickshire County Council is to tender for a new highways contract after failing to agree terms for a contract extension with Balfour Beatty Living Places (BBLP). 

BBLP commenced its strategic highways contract with Warwickshire in May 2011. Neighbouring Coventry City Council and Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council also now use it.
