West Yorks sets out deficiencies of bus partnership proposals

West Yorkshire PTE has challenged the conurbation’s bus operators to further improve their partnership offer if they want to avert the introduction of a Quality Contract Scheme.

PTE acting director general John Henkel identified ticketing, revenue sharing, and investment in low emission buses as the three areas in which the partnership offer from the Association of Bus Operators in West Yorkshire (ABOWY) was deficient.
