Vouchers offering free bus travel to motorists can deliver lasting changes to travel behaviour, according to a new guide prepared by bus industry lobby group Greener Journeys.
The guide draws on lessons from trials held in Manchester, Sheffield and Leicester conducted by consultant Transport for Quality of Life, with support of operators and councils.
