Sunderland studies mutual model for place service delivery

Sunderland City Council is examining whether its place-based services, including highways and transport, could be delivered as a social enterprise.

Sunderland’s investigation of a mutual social enterprise model is revealed in a report prepared by Cardiff Council, which is reviewing delivery options for its infrastructure services.
