Brewer and pub company McMullens has introduced an ANPR system at a pub in north London in the wake of parking disputes which culminated in the death of a woman.
Regulars at the The Lord Kitchener Pub, located on New Barnet High Street, were finding it increasingly difficult to park at the pub as its free parking was being increasingly used by residents visiting nearby shops and restaurants on the high street.
The lack of spaces was leading to double and triple parking.
