English Cities Fund (ECf) and National Car Parks (NCP) have launched a £12m multi-storey car park for the New Bailey scheme in Salford, Greater Manchester. The 620-space car park, which opened on 9 December, was funded by Legal & General and has been let to NCP on a 35-year lease.
