Jeff Halliwell has been appointed chair of Passenger Focus, which from April will be renamed Transport Focus to reflect its widened remit of representing road and public transport users. Halliwell holds a number of directorships and other appointments, including chair of Airport Coordination Ltd, chair of Cafedirect, and chair of the board of strategic advisers for the NHS South East Commissioning Support Unit. He takes over on 9 February from Colin Foxall.
