National Express Group has reported a slight fall in revenues in 2014 from £1.89bn (2013) to £1.87bn, but a slight rise in operating profit from £192.9m to £193.1m.
UK bus operations recorded a 0.6% rise in commercial passengers and a 2.8% rise in revenue.
Passenger revenues on UK coach rose 4%, with the division recording an operating margin of over 10%.
The group runs the C2C rail franchise. UK rail revenues grew 6% and passenger numbers were up 2%.
