The threat of a judicial review against Transport for London’s flagship east-west cycle superhighway was receding this week, after it emerged that Canary Wharf Group will not challenge the go-ahead for the scheme.
The Canary Wharf Group had been seen as the most likely organisation to make a judicial review application – it has been concerned about the impact the superhighway will have on traffic movements between Canary Wharf and central London.
