A new car park has been opened at Heathrow to meet demand for spaces from business travellers, who now make up a third of all journeys from the airport’s Terminal 5. The 700-space car park offers secure, monitored on-airport parking between Terminal 5’s Long Stay and Pod parking sites – the latter is linked to the terminal by automated vehicles.
