The inquiry team investigating the ill-fated Edinburgh Tram project has invited public submissions on the key issues under consideration.
The city’s first tram line between the city centre and the airport opened last May. The Scottish Government has set up an inquiry, led by Lord Hardie, to understand why the project was delivered three years late and suffered a massive cost overrun, forcing the route to be truncated.
