Free disabled parking scrapped at two Isle of Man sites

Douglas Borough Council has scrapped free disabled parking in two Isle of Man car parks. Parking fees for Blue Badge holders were introduced when the council took over the Chester Street and Drumgold Street car parks in the island’s capital on 1 June.
