A Private Member’s Bill calling for a ban on pavement parking in England and Wales has been submitted to Parliament by the North Dorset MP Simon Hoare.
Pavement Parking (Protection of Vulnerable Pedestrians) Bill 2015-16 had its first reading on 24 June. The second reading is scheduled for 4 December.
