Brisbane Airport’s new multi-storey car park was voted the best in Australia last month.
The parking structure’s façade features a 5,000m2 artwork called Turbulent Line, which is inspired by the course of the River Brisbane. Designed by artist Ned Kahn, Turbulent Line comprises 120,000 hinged aluminium panels that sway in the wind, creating a ripple effect that emulates water.
