Transport consultants CH2M and Hill International have won a five-year contract worth an estimated $60m (£39.8m) to advise on the development and construction of public transport improvements for the San Digeo Association of Governments.
SANDAG plans to improve its transport system, focusing on roads, in a bid to make a "significant impact on San Diego mobility," according to Michael Tahan, senior vice-president in charge of Hill's highway and bridge practice in California. The contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with the estimated value dependent upon the work necessary.
