A competition for the design and construction of segregated cycle lanes has been launched by the Scottish Government.
The Community Links PLUS competition will offer funding to local authorities in Scotland to enable them to prepare proposals, with successful schemes and behaviour change initiatives to be delivered between 2016 and 2019.
