Cambridge City Council has upgraded car park management and people access management technologies at its Grand Arcade multi-storey, which serves a major retail development in the city centre.
Following a lengthy tender process, the council appointed APT Skidata to provide both the hardware, including barriers and payment stations, and the software needed to integrate the car park directly with retailers’ promotions, city events and other initiatives.
