Shoppers in Royal Leamington Spa over the festive season may have thought the Warwickshire town was heaven on earth thanks to the help of a group of ‘Parking Angels’.
The flock of four Parking Angels was recruited by the town’s Business Improvement District (BID) to help shoppers find car parking spaces, to provide change for parking meters, offer maps and advice and add a little bit of cheer for shoppers.
