Transport for Greater Manchester’s Leigh-Manchester busway will open on 3 April with operator First Manchester providing new luxury buses for the routes.
Services will operate under the Vantage branding and buses will have features including E-leather seats, some table seating, free wi-fi, and ‘next stop’ announcements.
The route includes a 4.5-mile guideway section, bus priority on the A580 corridor, and three park-and-ride sites.
