Key route network for West Yorkshire

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is drawing up a Key Route Network (KRN) of the most important local authority roads in the conurbation. Greater Manchester was the first area to devise a KRN, comprising 375 miles of its 5,600 miles of road (LTT 09 Mar 15).
