THE SOUTH East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership (SEMLEP) and the Northamptonshire Enterprise Partnership are to remain involved for the time being in two bodies with aspirations to become sub-national transport bodies (STBs).
The two LEPs are members of Midlands Engine and its transport arm Midlands Connect, as well as of the England’s Economic Heartland (EEH) strategic alliance, which covers central Southern England.
