PLANS TO complete an orbital road round Norwich will not be realised until at least the mid-2020s, says Norfolk County Council.
The council’s Norwich Northern Distributor Road (NDR) is currently under construction and due for completion in December 2017-February 2018. The 8.7-mile dual carriageway will connect the A47 at Postwick, east of the city, with the A1067 in the north-west of the city.
