A PLAN to improve the A63 trunk road through Hull has been delayed by two years. The A63 Castle Street improvement had been due to get underway in 2016/17 but Highways England (HE) says it is now programmed for the third quarter of 2018/19. The road’s opening to traffic has been delayed from 2020/21 to 2021/22.
