BPA increases POPLA appeal fees paid by private parking operators

02 November 2016

Private parking operators will pay an increased fee for each appeal heard by Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA), the adjudication service for the British Parking Association’s Approved Operator Scheme.

Motorists can appeal for free against parking charge notices issued by scheme members. Each appeal generates a fee covered by the operator that issued the parking charge.
