Bus passenger revenues in London are running almost £23m under budget this year as potential passengers continue to be deterred by recent poor reliability.
Reporting to the end of period 6 (the four weeks ending 17 September), Transport for London says revenues are £696.8m against a year to date budget of £719.6 million, a variance of £22.8m (3.2%). Revenues in period 6 alone were £9m lower than budget.
