The DfT has granted approval to the £95m Lincoln Eastern Bypass. The 4.7 mile single carriageway road will connect the A158 Northern Relief Road to the A15 Sleaford Road, cutting congestion and facilitating planned housing growth. The DfT will contribute £50m to the project. Construction will start in January with completion expected in December 2019....
