London mayor Sadiq Khan has announced ten more low emission bus zones to improve air quality.
The announcement takes the number of zones to 12. Buses in the zones will have to be hybrid or meet Euro VI standards. The zones are:
• Putney High Street – Putney Station to Putney Bridge Road;
• Brixton to Streatham – Brixton Hill via Stockwell Road and Streatham High Road to Streatham Place;
• A12 Eastern Avenue – Blake Hall Road via High Road...
