Bus operators in Wales were caught by surprise this week when infrastructure secretary Ken Skates said they needed encouragement, possibly through legislation, to deliver multi-modal ticketing.
Operators say the Welsh Government cancelled a meeting that industry group CPT Cymru had requested in November to discuss the issue, and it has not been rescheduled.
