Road safety experts are calling on the DfT to establish a UK body to investigate and learn from road collisions.
The Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety (PACTS) wants the Government to include powers for a UK Road Collision Investigation Branch in the new Vehicle Technology and Aviation Bill.
