The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is to expand the provision of lamp post electric vehicle charging points, building on a successful trial.
The borough began trials on four adapted lighting columns in Onslow Gardens and recently extended the pilot to include three in Queensdale Road. The equipment is supplied by German firm Ubitricity, which has also supplied equipment to the London Borough of Hounslow (LTT 28 Apr).
