The City of York Council is to trial the light segregation of a cycle lane to protect it from motorists encroaching it as they pass over speed cushions.
Triple speed cushions have been installed across a carriageway at two sites close to a school on the Haxby Road. The council normally only installs two cushions but the width of the road justifies a third.
