The estimated cost of the Metrobus bus rapid transit (BRT) programme in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset has risen again.
MetroBus comprises three routes: Ashton Vale to Temple Meads, Bristol’s North Fringe to Hengrove, and the South Bristol Link. The South Bristol Link is complete but construction of the other two is ongoing and both are understood to have been hit by cost increases.
