Cyclists in Cardiff could be using the Welsh capital’s first Cycle Superhighway by 2021, predicts a new report from the city council.
The report, which will be discussed at a cabinet meeting next week, sets out the city's Active Travel Integrated Network Map (INM) ahead of its submission to the Welsh Government for approval.
