The DfT has got it wrong on community transport

We are writing on behalf of Mobility Matters, which includes over 200 organisations of Community Transport (CT) operators and other interested parties, regarding the letter of 31 July from Stephen Fidler at the DfT to the issuers of section 19 and section 22 permits (‘Authorities review community transport contracts after ruling’ LTT 04 Aug).
