CILT and RSA merger announced

Partick McDonnell
23 October 2017

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) has merged with the Railway Study Association (RSA).

They will create a forum for the rail sector, which will allow individuals and organisations to share best practice, knowledge and opinions relating to all aspects of the rail profession.

The merger allows RSA members to become CILT members and they will benefit from the additional relevance, resources and global reach that comes from integrating the activities of organisations.

The RSA will act as its own forum within the Institute through the newly formed Railway Studies Association Forum. The forum will continue to put on leading events, study tours and seminars for professionals within the rail industry, featuring some of the most influential names from within the sector.
