HE reveals programme for A2/M2 connected corridor

Highways England has released details of the A2/M2 Connected Corridor pilot project, which will test in-vehicle information for drivers, such as upcoming roadworks and the optimal speed of travel to receive a green light at junctions. 

The project will take place on  the A102, A2, M2 and A229 in London and Kent and is a collaboration between the DfT, Highways England, Transport for London, and Kent County Council.
