A trial involving social navigation app Waze has resulted in a drop in the number of vehicles breaking down or running out of fuel in Blackwall Tunnel, according to Transport for London (TfL).
During the six-month trial there was a fall in the number of tunnel breakdowns compared with the same period last year, says TfL.
