London mayor Sadiq Khan has ordered design work to commence on six new inner and outer London cycle routes. But the London Assembly’s transport committee voiced disappointment that none were likely to be completed until 2023.
TfL will work with the relevant boroughs on routes from:
• Lea Bridge to Dalston: a two-mile route connecting the City and Waltham Forest by filling the gap between Lea Bridge Road and Cycle Superhighway 1 at Dalston
