A major probe into the changing travel behaviours of young people has been published by the DfT.

The DfT commissioned the report from  researchers at the Centre for Transport & Society at the University of West of England, and the University of Oxford. The research team was led by UWE’s Kiron Chatterjee.

The team’s focus was the 17-29 age group but the researchers also explored how travel patterns in this age cohort change as they grow older.
