NCP has secured a 35-year lease on a multi-storey car park at New Bailey in Salford, Greater Manchester, adding 633 spaces to the new riverside development.
This will be the second multi-storey car park that NCP will operate within New Bailey, having agreed the lease of a 620-space multi-storey car park in December 2014 with English Cities Fund (ECf).
