Average speed cams plan for W Mids KRN

Transport for the West Midlands is drawing up plans to introduce average speed cameras across much of the conurbation’s key route network (KRN) of local authority roads.

Implementation is still some time away and, in the meantime, Birmingham City Council is preparing to extend average speed camera coverage on its roads, having declared a pilot scheme a success.
