Car park operator NCP has apologised for wrongly issuing fines at two of Stoke-on-Trent’s largest multi-storeys. Angry motorists contacted the local newspaper The Sentinel after being issued with £60 parking charge notices (PCNs) at NCP’s Glass Street and Meigh Street car parks, in Hanley, between 7 and 10 February.
